My personal note

I have seen too many executives treat AI as a magic wand that fixes broken processes. It is not. It is a mirror. If your team is disorganized, your AI will just help you find your disorganization faster. Use these tools to force clarity on your workflows. If you cannot explain your process to an AI, you cannot explain it to your team. Start there, and the rest will follow.
